1. Educational Scope Only

AccreditedPath provides educational resources about accredited investor qualifications and private-market investing. AccreditedPath is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, funding portal, investment bank, or legal or tax advisory firm under the laws of the United States or any state jurisdiction.

2. No Securities Offerings or Investment Solicitations

Nothing contained on this website, in our assessment tools, or in our educational communications constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any security or investment vehicle. AccreditedPath does not endorse, sponsor, or review any private placements, syndications, or funds.

3. Nature of Assessment Outcomes

Outcomes generated by the AccreditedPath eligibility assessment are automated educational categorizations based entirely on unverified, self-reported user inputs. These outcomes do not constitute legal accreditation verification under SEC Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. Issuers conducting Rule 506(c) offerings are legally required to independently verify accredited investor status through designated third-party verification methods (such as written verification from a licensed CPA, attorney, or registered broker-dealer).

4. Status of Proposed SEC Rules & FINRA Examination

On September 30, 2026, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission issued notices of proposed rulemaking concerning potential new designations under Rule 501(a)(10). These proposals are currently pending public comment and have not been enacted as final commission orders. Specifically, the proposed FINRA Accredited Investor Examination is currently under development, is not available for registration, and does not currently confer accredited investor status. Readers must not represent themselves as accredited investors based on pending regulatory proposals.

5. Private Market Risk Disclosures

Private market securities (including private equity, venture capital, real estate syndications, and private credit) involve a high degree of risk, including potential total loss of invested principal, significant illiquidity, restrictions on transferability, and absence of public market pricing. Qualification as an accredited investor does not mitigate or reduce investment risk.

6. Consult Independent Counsel

You should consult your personal securities attorney, certified public accountant, or fiduciary financial adviser before making any investment decisions or executing private offering documents.
